Singapore Airlines Holidays acts as principal in relation to bookings for holidays made via the Website, our Customer Services Centre and any affiliate websites approved by SIA holidays;

"we", "us" and "our" means Singapore Airlines Holidays;

By using, browsing and/or visiting the Website (either via a mobile, desktop or any other platform including personal tablets) you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Website Terms of Use, our Booking Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Terms") and you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the Terms, as may be amended from time to time, and all applicable laws and regulations that govern this Website and your booking.

In certain circumstances we may also give information to law enforcement authorities.

Singapore Airlines Holidays may modify the content of the Website and/or Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified content and/or Terms on the Website and your continued use of or access to this Website will be deemed to indicate your acceptance of the modified content and/or Terms.

We use reasonable efforts to ensure that our Website is free of viruses, however, because of the nature of the internet and viruses and similar malicious code, we cannot and do not guarantee that it is. Our Supply of Holidays

Singapore Airlines Holidays acts as principal in relation to bookings for holidays made via the Website, our contact centre and any affiliate websites approved by Singapore Airlines Holidays.
When you book a holiday with us, you will do so subject to, inter alia, the applicable terms and conditions (collectively, the "Conditions of Contract") as may be applied by the (a) accommodation and/or ancillary services where applicable (https://holidays.singaporeair.com/en-au/terms-and-conditions) ; and (b) respective airline, available at [http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/global_footer/conditions-of-notice/] and [http://www.silkair.com/en_UK/global_footer/conditions-of-notice/]. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound by them. These Conditions of Contract may vary from time to time. By browsing this Website you accept that you are bound by the Conditions of Contract current at the time when you browse or book.

5. Contracting Procedure

You may select your holiday via this Website by using the following procedure: Select your destination, dates and flights, along with your chosen accommodation and any transfers, tickets or excursion services of your choice. Check your destination and dates and all details of your booking before continuing with your booking.

You may place your offer to make a booking in the following ways:

1. Calling our Customer Services Centre on +61 2 916 54005.

2. Following the step-by-step booking process online and clicking on the appropriate confirmation button.

The reservation, booking and Conditions of Contract of your holidays shall be formalised in English.

Once you have made the reservation you can access the same at any moment through My Booking on Singapore Airlines Holidays.

If you make any input errors during the online booking process, these may be identified and corrected by you before the booking form is submitted or if after the booking form is submitted by sending an email to enquirysia@hotelbeds.com or calling +61 2 916 54005. Please note that it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before submitting your booking.

The prices are set out clearly on the page where you make the reservation and include sales taxes. To finalise your online booking you can use the methods of payment as specified on the payment page.

In some countries, there is a local tax known as "visitors' tax", “city tax” "tourist tax" (or similar) and other fees including (but not limited to) resort fees or service charges, which shall be paid directly by the end consumer at the accommodation establishment and/or at the airport. Singapore Airlines Holidays shall use reasonable endeavours to provide, at the time of booking, an estimation of the applicable fees and/or local tax(es) attributable to each individual booking and payable at the time of booking and/or locally on arrival (“Local Tax/Fee Estimation”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Singapore Airlines Holidays does not warrant that the Local Tax/Fee Estimations shall be accurate and you acknowledge and agree that the Local Tax/Fee Estimations are provided as estimates only. You further acknowledge that Local Taxes and Fee Estimations, may change from time to time. As a result, Singapore Airlines Holidays cannot be held liable for any loss, costs or damages incurred as a result of the provision of such Local Taxes/Fee Estimations.

Your booking may or may not be accepted by Singapore Airlines Holidays. On receipt of your payment, your booking will be processed. Where any payment you make is not authorised you will be returned to the previous page on the Website and we shall not be obliged to arrange your holiday. A contract will come into force between us if and when we send to you a confirmation email, following the submission of a completed booking form and on receipt of your payment of the total holiday cost. The contract made between us is a legally binding agreement and incorporates the Conditions of Contracts.

We shall retain a copy of your Conditions of Contract applicable to your booking and you may request a copy from us.

8. Your Account (My Bookings)

You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested during the Singapore Airlines Holidays account signup process in order to obtain an account. You must ensure that all account information remains complete and accurate. When your account has been created you will be able to access it from any platform (i.e. via the Website or via Mobile Access).

You are responsible for all activities conducted using your account or user details. Please let us know as soon as possible if you think someone is making or might make unauthorised use of your account or user details. Singapore Airlines Holidays may in its own discretion monitor your account from time to time and may permanently or temporarily disable accounts at any time.

9. Mobile Access

This section applies when you access our Website using a mobile or tablet application such as a version of this Website optimised for use on mobile or tablet devices ("Mobile Access"). If you do not agree to be bound by this section of our Terms you may not use or access the Mobile Access facilities and should, if applicable, delete any mobile or tablet application used for Mobile Access.

You are responsible for any carrier or other data charges incurred when using Mobile Access and Singapore Airlines Holidays will not be liable for any charges you incur.We recommend you check with your network provider if you are unsure of the charges that may apply.

Mobile Access will use your device's cellular and/or Wi-Fi connection to synchronise content on the Mobile Access with the information on our Website.

Singapore Airlines Holidays has no control over your device's network connection, and we therefore cannot represent or warrant that any information (including accommodation availability and prices) is correct or up to date. In the event of any discrepancy, content and prices published on the Website will take precedence.

10. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms shall, nor shall be deemed to exclude our liability for any death or personal injury caused as a result of our negligence, or the negligence of our employees or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Singapore Airlines Holidays will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the following:

Singapore Airlines Holidays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor any loss of profit, loss of production, loss of revenue, or damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of this Website or with your inability to use this Website.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in this Website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption or delay in accessing this Website.

12. Legislation and Courts of Jurisdiction

These Terms and our services shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all dispute arising out of these Terms and our services.

If the Website is accessed outside of Singapore, we make no representation that the Website or its content is available or otherwise suitable for use outside Singapore. Should you choose to access or use the Website outside Singapore this is entirely at your own risk, and you shall be responsible for (1) ensuring that what you are doing in your country of origin is legal; and (2) the consequences and compliance by you with all applicable laws, regulations, by-laws, codes of practice, licences, registrations, permits and authorisations (including any laws that relate to businesses providing services).

The original English version of these Terms may have been translated into other languages. The translated versions of these Terms are provided as a courtesy and for information purposes only. In the event of a dispute or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any other language versions, the English version shall prevail and shall be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in legal proceedings.

You agree that financial compensation alone may not be adequate for us if there is a breach or threatened breach of our Terms and that we are entitled to seek all remedies available to us. Each right or remedy of you and us in respect of these Terms shall not affect any other right or remedy of us whether under these Terms or otherwise.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a court or administrative body to be unenforceable, that provision shall not be a part of these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Singapore Airlines Holidays shall not be responsible if we are unable to perform our obligations due to events which are genuinely beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing under the Terms shall give rights to any person who is not a party to it.

If you or Singapore Airlines Holidays waive any rights in result of a breach or default under, any part of these Terms by the other will not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Further it will not affect the other Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by the party waiving its rights.

Singapore Airlines Holidays reserves the right to change our Terms at any time. We shall post such updated Terms on our Website and your continued use of our Website shall be deemed acceptance of such updated Terms.

Please note that our Insurance policies cover our legal liability arising from bodily injury/ death/ property damage due to an occurrence. All other losses that may arise (including consequential losses not due to legal liability as a result of bodily injury/ death/ property damage) is not covered.
